Buying a property off plan is a good investment.

An investment that can be enjoyed.

If you purchase a property in a new development directly from the plans, there are normally very good terms of payments.

For example a pre-arranged mortgage could be up to 70 % deferred, so you will only pay 30 % of the purchase price, in stage payments, over a typical 2 year construction period. During this period, a number of factors could cause the value of the property to increase.

  • Inflation - in 2004 this was as high as 3.5%.
  • Developers prices generally increase once the first units are sold.

n completion you will have a brand new apartment or villa which will be worth significantly more than buying from a plot or off-plan.
